Illinois makes many public jail and court records available, but release information is split among custodians. The Iroquois County Sheriff's Office documents the physical jail exit. The Circuit Clerk holds the order that explains its legal basis. The Illinois Department of Corrections operates the statewide search for people who entered state custody and may show release or supervision fields. County Probation, the IDOC Parole Division, and the Prisoner Review Board handle distinct forms of supervision. Federal releases use BOP, court, or immigration channels.
